232856 CMS Membership Web Site

I have a very simple project for qualified developer. I am interested in a WordPress (CMS) type site with a section for members area which would be password protected via email address and password with the ability for the members to modify their password on their own along with auto response for lost passwords. It could be wordpress with various plugins or drupal or php driven or anything else. I am aware of all the free scripts and themes that are available, but I am looking for something more customized using what's avaialble. I don't have time to do this and so, I am outsourcing this out. I will be adding video, audio, pdf downloads and similar content either for viewing their for free or in the paid members area for download and or viewing. It will also have a section for accepting payments via PayPal or Google Checkout.
