PSD to Magento 1.8.x responsive template (N38)

I need to convert a PSD to Magento 1.8.x community responsive template.
- Dropdown menu (please use a clean js code).
- Template is based on bootstrap grid.
For simplicity, I give you 3 PSD files. (home, product list, product detail).
You can work directly on our development server where Magento is already installed and configured.
Dummy text already in place and you can access to Magento backend during your work to make customizations that you need.
Please :
- Don't copy and past all original magento template files into your own. Create only the files you need to overwrite.
- Ask me before installing any extension.
- Respect MVC pattern. Don't put queries or other model code into phtml files.
Website will be in French. (You can use english backend for working)
I've joined flat versions of original PSD where you can find more instructions and informations about the work.

IMPORTANT :
- Read ALL this files BEFORE creating a bid : [login to view URL]
- I'm looking for an experienced Magento template developper. Don't create a bid if you are a beginner.
