Good morning, I have READ AND UNDERSTAND the project brief and I am certain that my outfit will provide you the best value for money.
I personally have several years experience working with PHP combined with perl, along with Apache server maintenance including server-wide URL mangling. I am fully capable of providing .htaccess, per-script or server wide redirection support as needed by the project environment.
The actual project does not seem like a particularly time consuming exercise, and If the hosting system supports it, I believe I may be able to leverage code from a previous project that carried out a similar function to deliver this in less than 2 days. Doing so would leave the rest of the time budget for testing and further SEO/improvements.
Again, environment dependent, I believe there may be a way to completely bypass any concerns regarding the search engine rankings by changing the file extension definitions, allowing server side scripts to be named and indexed as .html files. As such, could you respond with the hosting platform version,Vhost or shared host type, ISP profile and any constraints that you must operate within?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
