quick joomla component

i will provide 2 html files 1) a main page 2) an application page 2b) the login form will have to be created from the application form page I will need the application form integrated into a CUSTOM joomla 3.2 component i will provide the html for the application form in a few hours once they fill in the details in the form a) a joomla user is created and an email sent to them with access details ( thier email is thier username) b) all the fields are saved to a new table jos_profile including user agent and ip address (see fields below) c) the tick box options are saved in a table called jos_options_chosen d) upon signup they are presented with a thank you message and this is where we will see payment info later( this will be done as seperate phone ) f) therefore the user can login to the site with thier details above g) i need to see in the backend this new component with just a list of users (showing register date, last long date, paid and email ) and the ability to edit thier details. also a button to block the user, a button to send a new password these are the db tables refered to above with the fields necessary jos_profile id > auto guid > auto generated userid > the userid from jos_users first name > surname > address1 > address2 > city/town > county > postcode > telephone > mobile > email > date of birth > password > (the encrypted password is in the jos_users table but i want this the unencrypted version!) ip_address > paid > user_agent > jos_profile_options : id > title > (these are all the values in the xls i sent) jos_options_chosen : option > user_id > while you are waiting on the frontend files the backend part can be under development ? in the frontend the view that are necessary are : main > application > signin > signin screen thankyou > which has just some content for now member > blank for now callback > blank for now
