Joomla Custom EventList (or other?) Project

We have a CB site we would like the EventList component installed, configured and modified on. Your duties include - Install eventlist component and format CSS as necessary to our needs - Users need to be able to register and unregister for events and see who else has registered - Now: custom fields, not sure if this is possible but the admin would like to have custom fields, so once a user registers, they have to fill out some questions (what do you want for lunch? Are you bringing a guest? Etc) – that will be stored in the admin in an easy to read way. These fields should be manageable and changeable by admin. Not sure if this is possible, so looking forward to quotes/options, we are open to other solutions. Providers should know Joomla, have good feedback, be great communicators (i.e. no disappearing) and be able to deliver in a promised time span. PMB for more info and a link.
