Registered users can serve as both Students and Tutors. A Student post an assignment and waits for bids. Tutors find assignments and post the amount for which they are willing to help complete the assignment. The Student selects the most attractive offer, and the selected Tutor completes the project by the specified deadline. Both users then rate each other for the quality of work received or given. Payment for the tutoring is in the form of deposited funds through paypal or escrow.com. These funds are transferred to the Tutor when the Student has accepted the Tutor's work. The Tutor may then withdraw the funds or use them to post his or her own assignments. The following is a general description of the process: A Student signs up for a FREE account. A Student posts a homework assignment stating the maximum price he or she is willing to pay and the deadline for the project. The Student waits for Tutors to choose his or her assignment and make bids. After registering for free, Tutors search for homework assignments that are within their area of expertise. Tutors then bid on the homework assignment and wait for the Student to review the bids and pick a Tutor for the assignment. Before picking a Tutor, the Student deposits money into his or her account for safe holding while the tutoring is in progress. The Student picks the desired Tutor. The Tutor starts working on the homework assignment and uploads the completed material to the website by the deadline. After the assignment is accepted by the Student, both parties are required to rate and leave comments about the other party's performance. Once the transaction is complete, the money from the Student's account is transferred into the Tutor's account. Tutors may either post their own assignments or cash the money out. Students finish their homework and improve their grades. Most transactions are completed without incident, but there are occasions when a Student and Tutor cannot reach an agreement. When this happens, Students and Tutors can simply submit an arbitration request in order to determine if the assignment requirements were met. During this process, the arbitrator follows the rules of arbitration to determine what has been completed and delivered. (For complete details, see the complete rules of arbitration). To ensure fairness, all parties have already agreed in advance to abide by the arbitration rules. To protect our fee, contact information is never allowed in any assignment posting or bid offer. Fee System (Payment System) Depositing Funds The $2 fee covers the amount PayPal charges us to deposit funds. Assignment Posting Free. Create as many assignments as you want. Registration Students register for free. Tutors register for free initially, then, if they exceed a number of jobs done, we charge them a small registration monthly fee. Completion Fee 10%. This fee is important for Tutors to keep in mind when they are making bids on assignments. If you offer to complete a $20 homework project, you will receive $18 when it is completed. Withdrawing Funds As an example, if you decide to withdraw $50, we will take out our $1.50 fee and then apply the processing fee for the method you chose. For PayPal, the fee is usually 2.9% + $.30.
