Game guessing on football scores for a Joomla website

Below is the project description. I would like good quality php programmers with experience in programming for Joomla to bid for this project. If they can make this into an install-able Joomla module, that would be perfect.. if not, then help with implementing this to a front page Joomla position. Please contact me if anything is unclear. Project description: Module/Script for inclusion in a Joomla 2.5 website using blue Fubix template from Joomlart. A game/competition for site members guessing the outcome and first scorer of Chelsea football matches. Backend: Import Chelsea matches for the season and include the possibility of adding/deleting and moving matches between dates. Import all team players with the possibility to add players and delete players. Add match scores and first scorer information for each game. Calculate scores and provide a leaderboard. Calculation: Member gets 1 point for guessing the right winner of match. Member gets 3 points for guessing the correct score of the match. Member gets 3 points for guessing the correct first goalscorer of the match. This is for a possible maximum score of 7 points for each game. Frontend: Members can sign-up/log-in using a valid email address (hidden from frontend) and a display name (showing in frontend). Site members can click on and insert their guess for the next match in date - and 2 more games into the future. Members insert score for each team and select one player as first scorer (can be done in drop down lists - best if the list of players appears next to each team). Members can see their profile and previous guesses and individual calculations for each game along with total score. Show on frontpage total leaderboard with clickable member profile which shows details on the score breakdown for each member. Show on frontpage a login/signup form. Look and feel of the module must match the general look and layout of the website. Bonus: Any connection to content providers that can ease the burden of updating the game will be a big bonus. Companies like soccerway provide widgets with match results and other providers may be out there that can be useable. The most perfect solution will grab scores from the internet and update the game automatically. Demo: Here is a demo of the game process: First Chelsea game of the season against Hull ended 2-0 with Oscar scoring the first goal. Those who made the guess of 2-0 and Oscar get awarded 7 points (1 for correct winner, 3 for correct score and 3 for correct first goal scorer). Those who guessed 2-0 but had a different first goalscorer get awarded 4 points (1 for correct winner and 3 for correct score). Those who only that guessed Chelsea would win get awarded 1 point.
