Web & Flash Design

I've already designed a screenshot of what I want the site to look like in photoshop and have attached it for bidders to take a look. All i want is to have that look and feel created into html files so that I can insert information. The screenshot is only of the homepage that the user will first come in contact with. If bidders have ideas on having the internal pages using a different topframe design that is fine. The top menu must always be easily changeable so using frames or templates would be good. Photos are only temporary. Designer will be encouraged to use more appropriate images The company provides special piston services to motorcycles, marine, vintage cars and race cars. I wasnt' able to find many great images of pistons to incorporate but this is encouraged as long as the site still looks good. I would like a short but very smart and stylish Flash intro to create an impression on the user. It can be either used in the top menu of the page, or can be totally separate and placed before the user reaches the homepage. In the zip file I have also included a scanned image of the company's logo. It looks pretty bad because on the card it is a shiny Gold colour. If this logo could be created and shown throughout the site in a shiny gold it would be great too. Deliverables must include all flash files and html files and must be easily changeable by myself (as i am a web designer) Designer must be willing to work with me until completion of site to customers satisfaction. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code, .fla, photoshop, illustrator and html files of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows and MAC
