170503 Need Adult Template/Banner

Hello, I need a simple template and a simple banner for my adult hosting website made from the attachmax video script here: [login to view URL] The design should be non-graphic intensive but still look slick. Basic layout would consist of the header which will contain an adult banner or background, then below just simple borders/background colors would be sufficient. Ive already weeded out the horrible coding that comes with this script so you should not need to filter through tons of css. You can even create new css entries, you do not have to edit the entries already present. Basically all you need to do is design the site using whatever css you feel necessary as long as you leave notes incase it needs editing in the future. The banner does not have to be graphic intensive aswell. I already created a sample banner of the type of banner im looking for so that shouldnt take much of your time. If you do well and I like your services, i will definitely consider hiring you once more whenever I have the budget to do so. I do have a small budget right now until my next paycheck so i will indeed be hiring for more services soon. Please US based professionals only!
