Template Design Work

We require 20 unique and original html web page template sets. Each set to have index/portal page with a second page of similar design but with central body area clear for page content. Copyright for templates will be passed to us. Templates MUST NOT be designed using FrontPage or AdobeGoLive. Images used in design and layout must not be sliced. Colors used in templates must facilitate ease of changing the colors in the html code. Template category will vary. We need groups of four in these categories. Church Templates "non denominational" Attorneys Templates Construction templates "Construction Contractors" General business Veterinarians Bidders will make available examples of past or existing work prior to bid acceptance. Successful bidder will agree to alter, change, or replace designs that are not acceptable or conducive to purpose/use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Must be all browser friendly ( ie 5+, netscape 4.7+)
