Tapi Outlook Dialer , Screen Pop Software

I am looking to have a program made to allow dialing and screen pops directly from all versions of Outlook and contacts area, I need it to have the ability to be transparent but also have the option for a small screen to pop up from taskbar with the contact name when the caller id matches as well if the customer dosn't whant all details to come up on the screen. Other Modules to be developed down the track. It is to be made for a NEC Electra Elite Key System. The system has a PC Telephony Adapter That goes on the back of the handset that gives tapi functionality. in turn connects to the PC USB or Parallel port You may also need to make a new driver as the NEC driver is Slow when Dialing.
