Webcam Community Site

Coders, what I'm looking for is a clone of the functionality of [[login to view URL]][1] it must look professional clean and crisp like this site. The site will need to look different but the webcam console the same except I would like the webcams to open in their own windows instead of being integrated into the console. This way a person that has registered for a platinum level will be able to open multiple webcam windows for them to view.
