spam validation form

We need to reduce the amount of spam coming from these forms below. I would like you to add some type of validation question on the following forms. I have seen several types from asking a question to a simple math question or even a CAPTCHA form. The site is coded in ASP so you will need a sufficient knowledge in ASP coding. I will pay up to $25 to have this done.
