Need CoderTo Create Web-Based Tracking and Reporting Software/Membership Site

Hi, I need a programmer who can create a web-based software program which will be a membership website that will contain 2 separate services. The membership site will consist of 2 services. 1. Publishing click fraud prevention service (for ad-publishing programs like Google Adsense) 2. Advertising click fraud detection service (for advertising programs like Google AdWords or Yahoo Sponsored Search) You should know a little bit about Google Adsense and Google Adwords. You do not need to know everything about these types of programs, but you should understand what they are and be fairly familiar with them. This service will be one that provides Advertisers and ad publishers tracking, reporting of data, and protection/detection from potential click fraud. If you’re not familiar with what click fraud is... basically, it’s the act of purposely clicking ad listings without intending to buy from the advertiser. Our service will track the clicks of ads and then detect potentially invalid clicks for advertisers and publishers (like Adsense). The programmer will need to create the 2 separate areas of the user’s Members Area for this project (since there are 2 services that we'll provide) You will also need to create a basic admin area where I can control the member's information, add members, delete members, see member stats from admin’s point of view, etc... This is a very time-sensitive deadline. So please only bid if you are a serious, reliable programmer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux (php/mysql) - or if there is another means of creating the membership script and web-based app, then I am very open to suggestions.
