Title: Google Adwords Ads Manager Summary: I need a server based Google Adwords Ads manager to use with the Google Adwords API. This should be a simple project for the right programmer so bids should be reasonably low. Features: 1) Manage multiple Adwords accounts. It must be able to generate a new account on the fly. 2) Capability to upload/edit/insert every aspect of as many Adwords Ads campaigns, including: A. CAMPAIGNS For Example: Animal Campaign 1 B. If you have experience with API's, the better. Please suggest a database system and/or system setup. Example: I have a tab seperated values format file (.tsv) with 500 keywords tab separated with 500 specific links for each particular keyword. I want to be able to go to my website, login, and upload the .tsv file, 1-5 different ads, a campaign name, ad group, etc. Payment Details: I will pay 25% up front, 25% after a working demo, and 50% once it's all working correctly.
