Generate Product Feeds using API

I have been contracted to generate product feeds to submit products from cell swapper dot com to various shopping sites. They will be presented as free phones, since the phone is free when someone takes on a plan contract. Here is an example of Amazon doing this: <[login to view URL]> Cell swapper has an ASP.net 2.0 API that can be used to gather the data, but it will be the job of the coder to write code that is acceptible for each recipient website. The coder will also be responsible to have code to automatically submit the feed. The feed submitter should be a windows application vb.net 2.0, and will access the cell swapper database via the api only.
