Experienced ASP .NET and C# Programmer needed for a small web-based survey application(repost)

This project has been reposted. The requirements were recently finalized and now the project needs to start soon. I will be selecting a developer within 4-5 days. So if you are interested, please reply soon. ------------------------------------------------- I am looking for an experienced ASP.Net developer to work on web-based Survey system (ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server). Although the requirements may look complex, the application itself is pretty easy for an experienced developer. I also have some idea about how it should be developed. **FUTURE WORK AVAILABLE FOR A WORTHY DEVELOPER.** I myself have a lot of C# .Net and ASP 3.0 experience but not much of ASP.Net experience. I also do not have enough time to work on this project to meet the deadline. I and the Developer will discuss the project and different classes / ASPX pages and other stuff once the project is accepted. Please do not try to sell some already built application because I have some ideas of how this should be developed and the already developed application may not be what I am looking for. The code should be original and not from any open source or other stuff. Please state your project experience, development tools, project schedule, approx time required to complete the different phases of the project in the bid. I should be able to modify the code later if required. If possible, send links to previous work done. Brief application overview (please check the attachment for details): Basically individual Survey Admin can create Surveys. Admin can also create / manage Participants. Participants can be sent invitaions and they can then go through the survey. Evey Survey will have 1 or more pages. Questions from a topic can be grouped and presented on one page. There can be different choices such as Radio Buttons/Check boxes/Text boxes etc. Choices can be presented in vertical or horizontal manner or in matrix form. Survey Admin should be run reports on the results.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

ASP .Net, C#, MS SQL Server. .Net framework 2.0. Preferred Visual Web Developer, but Visual [login to view URL] is also fine.
