CLient is a Radio Station - Going Magazine Style

I need quotes, along with a timeline. The focus is to turn a Radio Station website into a shopping / info site with a magazine flair that has a Radio portion to it. Our target audience is women 25 – 54 +. Women are the number one opportunity for there advertisers. Everything we do should reflect women in a positive way. We are looking for a dramatic departure from the look of a typical radio station website. Needs to look more like a magazine. Currently they are thinking I large banner, 2 smaller and some text ads. However it can be incorparted in a design the best.
