ASP Shopping Cart w/ Paypal solution

I'm looking for a coder who can develop an ASP shopping cart that will accept credit card payments via Paypal only. I do not want to use Paypal's shopping cart. The script must be able to be configured to accept discounts/coupons (special codes as entered by the webmaster). The script must also make use of Paypal's IPN service and use it to adjust inventory upon successful credit card payment. It must go along with an exisiting user database to keep track of past invoices and pending shipments. Must also require user to register if they do not have an existing account. Registered users will be able to check the status of their orders through the website. Much of the layout necessary for a product catalog has already been made but merely needs to be hooked up to the newly-developed product database. An admin section with "Add product to sell", "Edit product", "Enter discount", and "Notify buyer of product shipped" would be necessary. I have some ideas on how this script could work, but do not have the coding ability. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working ASP script and complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform For use on a Windows 2000 server with MS XML installed (for use with Paypal's IPN).
