133298 Oscommerce - Authorize.net CVV

We are currently using oscommerce stock [login to view URL] payment module. When a customer check out he/she enters the following info when using credit card: Credit Card Owner: Credit Card Number: Credit Card Expiry Date: We need someone to modify this module so a 4th field can be added which will be: "Credit Card Security Code:" This field will take a 3 or 4 digit security code which is at the back of the credit card. Customer will be required to enter this field. We don't store credit card info in our database. Info is just passed to Authorize.net. We are not looking for any contribution or serious modification. If I am not mistaken only two *.php files have to be modified to accomplish this task. Also we will need a popup link next to 4th variable. When customer click on this link, a popup window open which shows customer where he can find the security code on their credit card. We will provide that contents for popup window. Development enviroment will be provided for this project.
