Hi there! I'm expert in photo manipulation using photoshop. Even so, if you're looking this images to be your company mascot then I'd recomend to make an illustration of the character. That way you dont need to use the actual picture of someone's dog but actually a unique and original illustration of a dog with a swiming mask that I could design for you. Either way if you pick the picture of a dog like your references, I can provide you a very realistic image just like I imagine you're looking for. I have some questions to ask you about this but by checking theimages you uploaded I'm sure I can do it. I would use just open source images so you wont have any copyright issues.
