Need an Image Editor - Ongoing Basis

My company provides on demand aerial & commercial photography throughout the US. Please review what we are looking to have done. Highlights: -Over 1,200 images needing to be edited each month. -About 100 images a night, 5 days a week. -Some video editing needed (on occasion) -We now use tilt shift lens to reduce post production time on exteriors. -Use of almost any upload (FTP) service. -I have three other photographers already looking for these services (lots of referrals for the ideal candidate on the spot). -Almost all images are uploaded in RAW camera format to allow more flexibility in editing. -Consistent, well produced imagery delivered within 12 to 14 hours (by 8am eastern time) -Ideal images with be consistently straight, level, well saturated, vibrant, sharp and realistic. -Must have a good stock of skies to replace images with. -Must be above to reduce or eliminate ground shadows on grass and on buildings. -If revisions are needed, must be able to do this quickly. In your response, please provide; -Before and after samples of editing. -Any references, especially from established real estate photographers. -Pricing, preferably per image and payable every 30 days.
