Make a "re-name and resize" action with a copyright overlay and company logo in Photoshop cc.

Make a "re-name and resize" action with a copyright overlay and company logo in Photoshop cc.
I can provide the files and copyright text.
All layers are to remain adjustable within the action.
1- Action must rename sequential by Alphabet example: A- [login to view URL], B- [login to view URL], C- [login to view URL] etc...
2- Action must resize from original dimension to 2x3 inches on center of portrait image.
3- Action must place a transparent copyright text layer onto the image as specified( i can provide sample overlay)
4- Action must Place the sequential filename letter (A, B,C, etc...) in white colored adjustable font on the bottom right of the image.
5- Action must place company logo and flatten image and save to folder and close image not to over-write the original full size image. (keep the original untouched)
