Migration from Ionic V1 (Angular 1.5) to Ionic v5 (Angular 8 or 9)

I Have a working legacy mobile application for Schools that is working very well on UIWebView and works fine on Cordova CLI10, Cordova Android 9 but for iOS is not compatible with WKWebView. the mobile application using AngularJS has 28 methods in Controllers with 29 tab pages and used some of ngCordova APIs All Controllers and methods are HTTP Requests for displaying data except we have a messaging was using CordovaCamera for sending attachment we would like to replace it with Ionic Native browse and send any type of files. This mobile application was built on top of additional 11 Cordova plugins see the attachment. It got the First page a Setup Code where need to save it, then a login where you retrieve accessCode from API and save it locally we use local storage but we would like to change it for Ionic NativeStorage. We have push notification integration with OneSignal what we need: have all current project functions ported to Ionic V5 (Angular 8 or 9) and be compatible with Cordova iOS 6 & WKWebView and compatible also with the latest version of Android. just changing the attachment files from the camera browser to be a file browser. since I will be the one who responsible for compiling and releasing the application is must be delivered in opensource without any errors in building with the latest Cordova and Cordova ios & android platforms if there more details you can PM me.
