Techncial Business Partner

We are already highly ranked and have an extensive visitor base. We have an extensive range of services and offerings covering a range of adverttisng and marketing opportunities world-wide. The foundations of the company have been created and we are due to launch concluding a major redisgn of the whole site, covering up to 20+ databases. The site is interactive and has huge potential, already being experienced and supported by a unique business strategy. The potential revenue income expected is circa £6m within 3 years but has potential for more. We are seeking either a company/person(s) to come on board and provide the continuous maintenance/upgrade/creativity for a share in business profits and income and join the board of directors which cover sales/HR/Finance and general management. The skills required are in ther firstmost to be very internet orientated as well bringing the value of technical experitse ranging from html, design, javascript, xml, csv migration, ftp, mysql, linux, perl-cgi, php and more... and take ownership of the management of the site and its progress. An equity share partnership in the company is offerred in return for the services provided considering a very astute and visionery business & stategy plan which includes invitition for further outside investment currently being conducted. We care a UK based company but open to discussions from world-wide potential interest. This role will require a full comittment and assuming part ownership in the company and working with the rest of the team for mutual benefits.
