Hello, I have a working USB controller that I have created with a PCB that I designed myself and a soldered-on Arduino Pro Micro. I have made a hundred of these and am planning to produce another 800. Right now, this process is very labor intensive and requires me to do a lot of soldering by hand. I have to solder on every pin of an arduino and program each one individually. I have very little experience and need your help to re-design this PCB so that I can have it completely manufactured and programmed by a manufacturer. This will probably entail replacing the Arduino with individual components on the PCB itself. You can also make any improvements that you would recommend. I would also like to get your recommendations on where to have this manufactured. I have attached the Eagle (PCB design) files that I used, along with the code that I'm loading onto the Arduino. For reference, I have also attached a couple of pictures of this device (USB HID Controller).
