Need PCB Design having NRF51-Type SoC

I need an electronics engineer to design a PCB. He/She has to verify that PCB Design by have it ordered by a verified PCB making vendor. A candidate requirement is for the candidate to have the knowledge of how a NRF51822/422 SoC works otherwise the request will be ignored. Candidate Skill Requirements: Electronics Engineer or Electrical Engineer Degree Able to Design a Professional PCB in KiCard or EasyEDA or in a similar one Knowledge of NRF51 SoCs or Similar BLE/RF SoCs Knowledge in Microcontrollers and firmware development Project Description: The PCB shall contain the NRF51 chip and an FTDI chip that have drivers supported by linux (exact specifications will be given later). The board shall have pads in order for the NRF51 to be programmed later (jtag) and NRF51 shall be connected to the FTDI chip. The board shall contain a mini-USB plug which will be connected to the FTDI chip. The PCB Design shall include some buttons and leds connected to the NRF51 ( which ports each button and led shall be connected will be given to you after assignment). Finally, the PCB Design should include a built-in antenna for 2.4GHz and an SMA Plug (for external 2.4Ghz antenna). The NRF51 SoC shall be able to transmit/receive by using either the SMA-plug if antenna is attached or the built-in antenna without any user intervention). The whole concept idea is to have a BLE SoC to communicate with PC using a serial connection. An example firmware binary will be given so the candidate will physically test the PCB board meets the given specifications. The candidate does not need to write the firmware for the board.
