Our company has experience with data acquisition from LVDT probes in all configurations you described. We however used Analog Devices' ICs for that that are very similar to TI one you mentions. So I guess there will be no problem with that. Please advise if you also need digital signal filtration on same PCB with MCU or FPGA and other things that you might have in mind.

According to your project description, what I could understand that you like to used PGA970, which have LVDT sensor-signal conditioner with advanced signal processing capabilities. I have experience to work with TI Cortex series controller. Recently, I was working for a project, where I use the TI controller and also use the delta-sigma ADC. For this project, I also need to complete the schematic and layout. And for this, I need to completed multilayer PCB for getting noiseless data. On the other hand, I have experience and have some good connection with lot of vendors, from where I can provide you good PCBA in a cheaper price. May I know, which software you would like to use for PCB? I can give you more professional way to handover the project, which include schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files and BOM as well.
