I have a number of genes my lab want to test in horses, but there are some genetic variations that have been patented. I need someone to go through a list of 12 genetic variations and do a web search if these have been patented, if yes, whom by? What is their email adress? and Patent status in US and europe. My recommendation is to first search with google because labs testing these variations often state the patent they hold a license to. This project is for these 12 searches. If it works out well, There will be more to research afterwards.
