Looking for Operation Support Analyst – Level II with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare industry

Project Duration: 3-6 months Budget: Upto INR 16 Lakhs Below are the role requirements: Responsibilities: • All selected responsibilities associated with Operation Support Analyst – Level I • Interface across multiple internal IT groups, including senior IT management, operations management, project leaders and end users • Lead support (enhancements, maintenance, and production) of existing assigned hardware and software/applications • Investigate service outages and resolve issues to maintain system and infrastructure stability • Communicate infrastructure/application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, and end users • Identify and manage operational problems and incidents according to established IT operation standards and processes • Provide second level use/customer telephone support for assigned software applications • Obtain patches, fixes, and product updates from software vendors through telephone contact, bulletin boards, and/or Internet services Qualifications: • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience • 3-5 years of experience in operation support • Minimum 1 year of experience in infrastructure/software development • Experience with various server/desktop systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments • Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills • Ability to install software for and troubleshoot a wide range of applications • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
