3 in 1 project - Condominiums management platform

-------------------------------- Project #1 - Importer -------------------------------- We are developing a building management platform (Condexo) to help building managers with their tasks. One of the features we would like to offer is the possibility to import data from existing building management platforms into Condexo, in order to facilitate the migration form one platform to our own. A typical workflow to import data would be as follow: 1) Building manager exports data (as Excel file) from the platform currently used 2) Building manager imports data (as Excel file) into Condexo Mapping of fields Excel-Condexo, will be provided and will have to be implemented as configuration, as follow: 1) We will provide Excel samples for each platform along with the mapping "Excel to Condexo" 2) Mapping will be implemented as configuration file so that, once selected the origin platform, the system will automatically load the Excel and map fields into the DB correctly We are looking for developers to implement the funcionality as per above specs. Timing and payment: 7 days / $600 -------------------------------- Project #2 - OCR -------------------------------- We need to implement a functionality which will allow the user to upload either a PDF file or a JPG/PNG and, via image recognition, the system will be able to extract certain fields and their values from invoices and other documents. Timing and payment: 10 days / $750 -------------------------------- Project #3 - Mobile apps -------------------------------- We need to implement Android and iOS version of the website able to work offline and sync data whenever a connection is available. Timing and payment: 20 days / $1600
