Nodejs Script to get data from fingerprint device

I want a Nodejs Script to get data from multiple fingerprint devices and upload the data to MySQL database.
Requirements:
1. A form for adding MySQL database settings [host, username, password, database name].
2. A form for machines configuration [ips, ports, sensor_ids, passwords].
3. The data uploading should be incremental [not replace].
4. A progress bar to show the percentage of uploading.
5. A button to upload data manually.
6. Display error message with failed devices [IPs].
7. A form to test data of specific device, with [ip, port, sensor id, password] and table to show the data when retrieved from the device.
8. Source code to be delivered.
