Minor changes on small website (React Js and AWS)

I need to make few changes to the website in order to implement GDPR. For more details on GDPR kindly go through the you tube links [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Website's front end is developed in ReactJs Back end is AWS(using EC2 and Lambda's) No database being used as of now. Requirements in detail: 1)Instead of gmail we need to use official domain emails only ending with [login to view URL] Current domain [login to view URL] is bought from AWS and further implemented Route 53 2) When someone submits a resume on the website it should come to our email box/S3 but before that, there should be checkbox message(HTML popup) which will ask if you are ok to keep your resume with us for 30 days and post that we will delete you information. if you are ok with sharing your resume with third party ? If he agrees then only he would be able to submit his resume. As of now one lambda function is being used which is uploading resume to some different website from where it is being deleted automatically after fist look. 3)Once he does that , 25 days from that date he should receive automated email from us saying that if you are ok to keep your resume with us for next 30 days? if he chosses No his resume should get deleted from email box/S3 and from every where. a)If he doesn't respond then it should be considered as no. Logs of deletion should be saved carefully for 30 days in S3 bucket. b)In case of limited size of mail box we should use S3 but deletion of resume (after 30days on choosing no) should be automatic. 4)Make it easier to publish my own blogs/[login to view URL] now its very [login to view URL] ideas here please. You should go through youtube videos at least once and come up with more ideas if there is some gap. Need to explain with rough design sketch how you will implement it(before you progress on any of the task). Please let me know in case of further questions.
