IOT - Integrate with Delta Electric Vehicle Charger

We have made complete software (NodeJS APIs) to help users operate an EV charger. We need somebody with knowledge of IoT integration to help call socket functions of the machine from the backend and vice versa. Should be well versed in integrating IoT devices and should be able to understand the knowledge of the protocols needed to call in the machine.
We have already established a link between the server and the machine on a socket. We just need more bandwidth to go through documentation and call the right functions in the right place. You can study briefly about the protocols at - [login to view URL]
