telegram/discord relay I can get this done for you. I've created my very own Discord bot that runs 24/7 and operates on dozens of servers currently. I haven't worked directly with telegram yet, but their API looks easy enough to get you exactly what you're wanting. I've worked on a bot for pokemongo using discord app and also integration with telegram for monitoring servers and sending messages.

Now, you will need a telegram bot for this to work. I can implement some basic commands inside the bot so that it is not suspicious and will have no chance of being figured out. The bot will take any and all messages sent in the Telegram room to the specified Discord channel with photos and usernames attached seamlessly. if need be, I could also host this on one of my bot/web servers.
