Network Hardware Installation

Project Location: Sarasota, FL. Project Dates: Early-Mid December 2017 This work would be comprised of the physical setup of hardware, with little or no configuration involved. The hardware would be as follows: 5 -Dell Optiplex Workstations for Administration area (We will provide a diagram as to the installation location) (May require installation to a desk mount or wall mount) 3- Dell Optiplex Workstations for Operatory Rooms (We will provide a diagram as to the installation location) (May require installation to a desk mount or wall mount) 5 -Dell Pro Series Monitor 24 inches 1- HP 426fdn Multifunction Printer-Model F6W14A 5 – VideoSecu ML 12B Wall Mounts (Small two screw mounts. Their installation actually remains in question at this time) 1 – APC Smart UPS 1000VA UPS 1 - TZ300 SonicWall 01-SSC-0575 2 – Cisco SG300 28 Port Switches 2– Ubiquiti Unifi WAP’s 10– Belkin Surge Protectors • The workstations would require physical staging, unpacking and setup, windows activation, domain incorporation, individual end user assignment. • The additional monitors would require physical staging, unpacking and setup. • The printer would require physical staging, unpacking and setup, domain incorporation, print testing. • The APC Smart UPS would require physical staging, unpacking and setup, including rack mounting. Plugging in the AC cords of the firewall and switches. • The TZ300 SonicWall firewall would require physical staging, unpacking and setup, including rack mounting and connection to the ISP. • The Cisco SG300 28 Port Switches would require physical staging, unpacking and setup, including rack mounting and insertion of CAT5 cabling. • The Ubiquiti Unifi WAP’s would require physical staging, unpacking and setup (ceiling attachment), testing. • The Belkin Surge Protectors would require physical staging, unpacking and setup. • Additionally, there would be approximately 4 hours of coordination with our Intermedia Group Inc. technicians involving the connection to and testing of our client portal in relation to this newly installed hardware.
