Reingineer and document development setup and build process (Docker, PHP, Mysql,Symfony)

The application is well structured with build and deployment process based on docker-compose. There's minimal initial instructions that need to be verified, gone through, and then the process of building the development setup on local machine as well as deployment to AWS containers needs to be documented. The process might involve setting up rsync deamon.
