Hi - This is a very straight forward stuff. There are two ways i have done this in past: 1) Write a macro to connect to the remote database. Pull data into excel using the query and filters as desired. 2) Use power query. This is a very powerful feature that can be used to connect to database and pull it into the excel. Once data is brought into excel using one of the above means building pivots or reports is child's play. Let me know. If i am unable to deliver i dont want a payment.
