**Overview** I need an entity diagram (ER diagram) and a description of transactions for a proposed new database and web program. **Purpose** This is for a web application designed to manage volunteers who will submit articles. **Aim** The aim of this job is to define the database design and structure. It is not to create the database or files. **Purpose** The database will sign up volunteers, allow them to record their activities, and provide statistics. **Structure** It will be based on MySQL and php, running on WordPress on a Linux server. *Constraints* The application is a not-for-profit project, so the budget is limited. **Detailed brief** See the attached document for the overall brief. *Future work* Once you have specified the diagram and transactions I may invite you to bid to create the database and application. **Deliverable** You should deliver this work as a Word document and an editable diagram (using non proprietary software). I need to be able to amend the diagram in a program such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I may require up to two revisions. I am not a coder, only a client. So I need to ensure that we define the project correctly before we start creating the application, and prevent re-work.
