ABAP Code for Data extraction

Hi, We are looking for an expert to help us with the following requirements 1) Design a platform to get user input through a form and extract data for a period specified 2) Form should have the functionalities to extract data for the selected process (from all processes of SAP). 3) During first run, whole data extraction should be done and saved in SAP Cache and move on FTP directly 4) During next run, only delta data extraction(through change history logs) should be feasible for all relevant tables 5) Along with the above mentioned requirements, other functionalities should be there to automatically run the code in back end on daily basis and save directly on FTP 6) During delta data extraction, previous data should get automatically deleted from the database and new data should get added 7) Direct connectivity with database(e.g. Postgre SQL) should be feasible and need to find a solution to load data directly in Database 8) Code should have the feasibility to change columns (addition/Deletion) later on.
