New user sync from a custom system to Moodle

Hello Sir, I am a professional developer and I have experince with moodle and moodle api. I can use moodle api to do this for you so my system will be like a services that check for new users on your own system ( I will need an access to your dataset or an api if you have) and upload them to moodle. Also it will check for updates like if user blocked then update it on moodle system and make it suspend in moodle ( it is better that delete it). For enrollment in courses we will need to discuss it but if there is some rule I can follow, like enroll all users from level 1 into course a and b and c. I am interested in this project and if you may allow me to make it public and open source it so other universities and schols could use it too. As you know moodle is an open source so it is good to give back.

Estimado, no creo que deba necesitar de nosotros, teniendo una base de datos en su sistema ya con el alumnado ingresado en su sistema, solo tiene que activar en la plataforma Moodle la opcion Enrolamiento desde base de datos. y configuarla. Si escapa de sus posibilidades tecnicas con gusto podria resolverle su necesidad. En la actualidad mantengo dos Sitios Moodle uno de ellos con enrolamiento automatico de alumnos desde sistemas de pago. Dependiendo de que su sistema no tenga acceso al hosting en el que tiene alojado su plataforma deberiamos discutir adicionales y adaptacion tecnica de ambos.
