Unity 3D game developer for FPS shooter game (Phase 1)

Seeking an experience and RELIABLE Unity 3D developer for a FPS game. This is to develop and publish phase 1 only (which is 5-10 levels of the game). Game is in the style and theme of Hitman. If you have assets, that is even better. We have also looked at controllers, characters, terrains and environments. We are a small LOS Angeles based company making this game on spec with the hope of getting fully funded for phase 2 all the way to phase 10 by an investment group who wish to see phase 1 developed first, before investing in the game.
