I'm brazilian. I am a Product Manager at a large Brazilian company. I work with TI for 18 years. I'm 37 years old. I am looking for a developer to implement an android application, with knowledge in: openCV or other facial recognition tools; knowledge in languages for application development (Javascript or other), SQLite and backend languages (Java, Python or other). The application will connect to a web server, where data manipulated by users will be saved. The application should look like Snapchat, having similar effects. The application should be completed in 3 months. It is not included within this deadline the lifting of requirements and the closing of the scope. A schedule will be delivered, with deadlines for each stage. Every 2 days there will be small deliveries. Deliveries will be tested and bugs will be reported and prioritized in a list. The developer can take the source code and launch the application in their country, as long as the product does not have the same name and the same visual identity.

I have experience with openCV and TensorFlow for facial recognition, and I've worked with JavaScript extensively, and as far as backend is concerned mostly with Node.js.
