Mobile development

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. Mobile APP plus hardware for scanning (hardware must endure the outside weather) A mobile app and hardware system that will allow people to access gated communities. This includes both “manned” and “unmanned” systems. In the case of “manned” security with a guard and separate access point, the scanner would be placed on the RESIDENT line and the scanner would be placed on the driver side for ease of use. The system would need to allow for some scanning method and software with QR code or something that would open the security gate/garage upon activation of this code. The code would be limited to day, time, hour for access which would expire if not used or even after the use and time limit is up. We would need to find the hardware that would read the image from the phone and install this on the community access points. Hardware would have to be heavy duty and maintenance free. GateMate APP must be able to integrate with our existing mobile community APP system. (your mobile community APP). Most important, since most communities already have gate systems, we would need to make sure gatemate is compatible and can integrate to existing gate access systems. However, I am not sure that gate access systems would want this as it would reduce the dependence of having the gate access system for unmanned communities. Security breach – not sure of the integrity of the system, but need to consider security of this system and avoid “hacking”.
