Develop an iOS application for School ERP - Different screens for -> Principal, Bus Driver, Teacher, Parent, Student, Librarian, Security Guard, Admin

We're looking for a iOS developer who agree to the terms set by our company. The Android apps are already LIVE and we want to replicate the similar stuff on iOS as well. Please bid on the project if you can work 10 hours daily and agree to all the below terms from our firm. Future prospects are very good. -We release the milestone on completion of each ERP login. Each login has between 5-30 screens. -API is provided by our team -We do not release the milestone until the freelancer help us with the source code and publishing app live on the app store -Every Login should be completed in a maximum period of 7 days. -The app should work on iPhone as well as on iPad -The developer needs to sign NDA with us for not publishing the source online or selling to anyone else. -Support Milestones have been kept as well, which will be released every month for the next 3 months. This is a 30 days full-time job with full dedication needed from iOS developer, if you can't devote the full month, please do not bid. We have attached the login details in the excel sheet and the freelancer will need to agree with all the requirements listed in the excel sheet. There is a penalty clause where the milestone will be reduced to half on delayed project delivery for each login. Our Android developer will help the iOS developer in understanding the API and helping in the entire process of application development on iOS platforms. Project will be awarded based on the following terms and there will not be any negotiation in the below conditions set by our company. -App will require 3 types of Login - Passcode, Finger Print, Biometrics (Passcode and Fingerprint exist in our Android app already) -Milestone will be equally divided into 10 parts and each part will be released after successful delivery of each of the 8 logins. -9th Milestone will be released 15 days after all logins have been delivered -10th Milestone will be released 30 days after all logins have been delivered -11th Milestone will be released 60 days after all logins have been delivered -12th Milestone will be released 90 days after all logins have been delivered -Making app LIVE in App Store for each Login -Feedback will be given only after all milestones have been released. We expect the freelancer to earn the feedback rather than tell us to rate them at 5 stars -Milestone will not be released if the product contains any bug or if any requirement isn’t fulfilled -Freelancer needs to provide the source code with each delivered login -Freelancer needs to help the team in making the app LIVE for other schools and help in case of any doubts N.B. If 90 days of Support is found good, a New project will be awarded for 12 months of support at 10000 INR per month.
