Build a mobile app which does the things mentioned in the description below : (Price Range between : 600 - 1000)

The mobile app should be as follows : 1) a) As a user I should be able to make a noise of certain frequency by just clicking on a [login to view URL] sound should be played as long as the user wants is pressing the button. (Which should be easily set programatically.) b) There should be around 5 buttons(easily configurable for more or less programmatically) to create sounds at different frequencies sound. Eg : AddAButton() should be able to add a button and set it to particular frequency sound. 2) There should be an option to play all the 5 buttons, in a sequence, each for 2 seconds(time should be configurable in the UI) The UI should be just simple, as simple as possible.
