Build an app that will scan IDs and passports for office visitors entry/exit records

The name of the application will be “Massa Check In” The application will read the barcodes of cards and passports and retrieve the relevant information and store it in a database. The barcode reader may be the camera of the phone but also a connected device that can read the bar codes The information to be collected is: o Name o First o Date of birth o Card number o Gender In the database, the informations that will be saved are: o Company [system information] o department [if necessary, not required] o First Name o Last Name o Date of birth o Card number o Gender o Date and hour of check in o Phone number [to be entered manually] • Process o A customer when registered in the system will have to inform:  Name of the company  Phone number  Email address oThe purpose is to scan and save a customer or visitor’s identity document and automatically retrieve the maximum information about him/her. Then he will be asked for his phone number and the department where he is going to, and registered by the operator, that will also register the entrance date and hour, and exit. The information is automatically saved in the system. It will also be necessary to have a userfriendly web interface, simple enough so that operators can connect and see the list of users who have entered and exit in the company. The access is protected with a password. The operator will be able to export this list if he wishes in xls or html format. Best regards
