E-DEPOSIT SLIP APP
The idea behind this is to help financial institutions reduce the cost of deposit leaflet, help E-archiving/documentation, safe time of bank workers in scanning their daily transaction batches for Electronic documentations.

3. Easy retrieval of deposit slips from the electronic portal

5. Gives customers comfort and reduces turnaround time as eDeposit slips can filled at home and obtain a deposit slip number.
WORKABILITY:
1. Develop and link in the organizations app called e-deposit
2. Click on it and fill the deposit slip details
3. Program the eDeposit slip in such a way that when amounts are filled in figures, the app can automatically convert it to word.
4. After filling it in, click in finish, the e-deposit slip will bring an overview of the filled slip
5. After confirming that details are well filled then click on submit
6. After submission of the slip it will generate a slip number and a transaction ID which can be tendered in the bank for further processing
7. The posting teller, will have to key in the deposit slip number which will automatically generate the customers details on two slides. (customer’s copy and Tellers copy) for cross verification.
8. Teller inputs the account number of the customer into the system for account verification
9. Teller accepts cash and do his/her analysis on the teller analysis column of the tellers copy of the e-deposit slip
10. After ensuring that all details correspond, then teller can initiate transaction and click on post.
11. The customer will get his/her receipt via their transaction ID.
BANKS COPY OF TELLER
1. After the teller has posted, on submission of the e-deposit slip it automatically uploads itself on the e-archive against the teller’s username and password for easy call over by cash officers and auditors.
It is just a raw idea, it can be fine-tuned.
All this process should take less than 3 minutes once the process has been mastered
