I have an ERC20 token. I want to create a mobile app to use this token for event voting. Here is the functionality I want: Fan installs the mobile app A wallet is created for him ETH can be transferred to the wallet for purchase of tokens or tokens can be transferred directly. I want the wallet address and QR code for these transfers Fan may transfer tokens from another wallet or purchase tokens with ETH in app Once Fan has a balance of tokens, he can vote He will select from a list of events then a list of athletes in that event He sends his choice of total tokens to the athlete he wants to vote for These tokens are held in the database until end of the event At the end of the event, the athlete with the most tokens sent to him wins Fan Voting contest A percent of total tokens voted is sent to athlete A percent of total tokens voted is sent to fan that sent the most tokens A percent of total tokens voted is sent to event host The event and participant information will be maintained in a MySQL database. I do not need to be able to add event or participant data in the mobile app but the app must access and load the data from the MySQL database. The app will also need to save fan votes and upload to the MySQL database. See attached Access database for MySQL database table structure and fields that should be included on Fan Voting screen in app

And we need a converter which explains the value of the token against an amount of ETH. Rest everything is quite simple and can easily be done. My question is: 1.
