Android App

I need an Android App working basically as background Service since need only a single GUI for testing purposes on app start the app will open browser on URL1 on phone start, app start, and every (INTERVAL1) minutes app will send its phonenumber to URL2 as json: { "phonenumber": 31333444555666 } and will get this json response: { "name": "John", "starttime": "08:30:00", "endtime": "16:45:00", "frequency": "60", "distance": "20", "time": 1544657880415, "show": true } If show = true, these info are shown on a the screen in a simple page, if false are not shown (just for testing purposes) with the above info, app will send to URL3 from (starttime) to (endtime), every (frequency) seconds or when position has changed of more than (distance) meters in json format the following info: { "phonenumber": 31333444555666, "time": 1544657960972, "latitude": 49.12253456, "longitude": 3.3345254, "steps": 15, "distance": 35, "speed": 25.4 } and will receive the following answer: { "status": "OK", "time": 1544657960972 } where time value is the same value of the payload If for any reason cannot send data and/or does not receive the status "OK", app as to save payloads and send bulk as json array when connection is available again: therefore it has to create a record in an internal database for every payload, and try to send it to URL 3 until it receives "OK" as status response. Clearly need to be able to easily change values of URL1, URL2, URL3, INTERVAL1 and app icon logo and App Name with Android Studio distance definition: for response from URL2: linear distance between current lat/lng position and last lat/lng position sent in the payload for URL3: distance phisically made counting all movements: ie: if I walk around a table, distance (1) will not trigger (unless table is really huge) while distance (2) will count the meters I walked)
